Navaratri

Navaratri literally translates to Nine Nights (Nava = 9, Ratri =night). These are nine nights of celebration and worship. There are four seasonal Navaratri programmes celebrated in various parts of India. Out of these, the Sharada Navaratri (September/October) is one of the most celebrated and observed Festivals, with the worship of the Divine Feminine in different forms all nine nights. Each of these nine days OHM NZ streams programs from its members, their family and friends worldwide on our Facebook and Youtube channels.  In 2021 OHM NZ was specially blessed to showcase the ancient art forms from Kerala “Prabandha Koothu” and Kathakali. On the 10th day, OHM NZ culminates the Navaratri festival with Vidyarambham.
