As per the Government of New Zealand’s Inland Revenue Department (IRD) rules, OHM NZ being a registered charity organisation (Charity Registration No CC57661) under the Charities Commission Act, any amount of donation made to our account are totally exempt and deductible from the local Income Tax claims.
